Never. CoachOS charges a flat monthly fee only. You keep 100% of every sale. Stripe's standard processing fees (typically 2.9% + 30¢) apply, but CoachOS takes zero from your revenue.
After 14 days, you'll be asked to choose a plan and enter your billing details. If you don't, your account moves to a read-only state — nothing is deleted. You can reactivate at any time.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When you upgrade, the new features activate immediately. When you downgrade, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Yes — annual plans get 20% off vs. monthly. You can switch to annual on any plan from your billing settings. Annual plans are billed as a single annual charge.
For Agency plan customers, we offer white-glove migration from Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, or any other platform. We handle course imports, student records, and email list transfers. Most migrations complete in under 48 hours.
